One of the key development sites identified by the Oxpens Framework Study was the site of the former canal basin at Worcester Street car park. The Practice worked with other agencies to establish a viable plan for the reinstatement of the canal basin cross funded by a mixed-use development including leisure, conference and residential floor space.
