Urban design, project management and implementation for a new neighbourhood to Harlow comprising up to 2,700 homes on a 250 acre site. The Practice acts as urban designers and provides project management through to detailed implementation. Construction of the first phase of 440 dwellings commenced in Spring 2000 and to date around 10% of the total dwellings have been built.
