The Practice led a multi-disciplinary team to produce a 25-year strategic framework plan for the sustainable growth of Waterford City, Ireland and its environs. A key recommendation was the focussing of development within compact neighbourhoods. The sub-regional plan provided the context for the preparation of Waterford Corporation, Kilkenny County Council and Waterford County Council's replacement development plans.
